1.   This Web Site is published and maintained by Industrial Medical Supply, Inc.  a Kansas Corporation, ("IMS"), from its sole location in Overland Park, Kansas.  IMS is not affiliated with any other company or organization with the same or similar words in its name.

2.   This site is maintained for the purpose of providing information to prospective and current customers of IMS, as well as providing a means of transmitting orders to our offices in Overland Park , Kansas, as a convenience to our customers.  All orders are approved and accepted at our offices in Overland Park, Kansas, and do not become binding upon IMS until such approval and acceptance has been granted.  We reserve the right to reject any order which has been tendered through this site.  This site is not intended to create any legal presence in any jurisdiction other than the State of Kansas.  Any user of this site agrees that any and all legal disputes arising out of use of this site shall be resolved solely under the jurisdiction of and the laws of the State of Kansas, and its courts.  This site and its contents are designed to comply with laws and regulations of the United States,  and its contents are intended for access and use only by individuals and organizations resident in the United States.

7.   Sales tax must be collected on orders shipping within the State of Kansas, based on the combined rate at its' receiving destination.  This web site does not have the ability to compute the exact amount of tax owed on that basis.  Final computation of the applicable tax will be made prior to shipment of the order, and will be charged or invoiced at that time.   Customers receiving shipments in all other locations should consult their local taxing authority to arrange remittance of the appropriate state and local sales or use tax.
